Order Info

Delivery Times: Delivery time is between 3-7 business days via USPS. Orders ship out same business day (if ordered before 12pm) or next business day. Tracking information and updates will be emailed to you. Shipping fees are calculated based on the largest product in the order. Fees range from First-Class Envelopes ($3.99) to large Priority Mail Packages ($12.99). Insured shipping for all orders via USPS.

Free Shipping: If your order qualifies for free shipping, your must select the “FREE SHIPPING” option on the cart page or checkout page where the shipping fees are listed (under the SUBTOTAL).

All items are final sale. Returns are not accepted for sealed products and single cards. Items include, but are not limited to: graded & ungraded cards, booster packs, sets, boxes, tins and any TCG factory-sealed products. Displays, signs, cases, holders and custom orders may be refunded or exchanged within 10 days from the delivery date if any of the following occur:
  • Missing or broken parts upon delivery before use.
  • Customization/personalization of items is incorrect and does not match the information that was submitted in the order.

EXCEPTIONS: If your order was damaged or lost during transit, you must file a claim with USPS directly and provide photos and documentation of the damage.

All order requests must be made within 10 days from the delivery date. Allow 3-5 business days for a response. Refunds, exchanges and/or replacements are approved on a case-by-case basis.

    Payments are processed via PayPal. All major credit cards accepted.

    Card Displays

    Card cases are uniquely constructed to display cards in “perfect-fit” holders that require no manual adjustments or moving parts.Cases are available in in the following sizes variations:
    • Toploader card cases
    • Graded slab holders
    • Multi-card holders
    Free-standing displays must have a a stable surface to lean against at 90° angle minimum. Card cases are 100% decorative and are not made to protect cards from damage or wear.
    Cases, signs and displays are made of multiple layers of laser cut cast acrylic (1.5mm to 6mm thick) and assembled with Scotch ATG Transfer Tape and 3M Scotch-Weld Plastic & Rubber Instant Adhesive. No parts are 3D printed.
    For all cases, holders, signs and displays – remove dust and smudges by gently polishing surface with microfiber cloth. Blue Ribbon Plexi-Clean Acrylic and Plastic Cleaner works best to clean acrylic surfaces. To prevent possible warping, do not leave cases in direct sunlight and/or store in extreme heat. Not for outdoor use.

    Product Info

    The condition of raw (ungraded) cards are estimated according to the TCG Card Condition Standards (view PDF). The following will be noted on an item’s individual product listing page for cards and sealed products:
    • Surface wear such as scratches, scuffs and grime
    • Visible damage such as bends, creases, splitting, rips and tears
    • Defects/imperfections due to a printing or manufacturing error (different from “error” cards)
    Centering is not factored into the condition of raw cards.

    All raw cards are individually packaged. Each card comes pennysleeved in a rigid toploader holder and sealed in a waterproof bag.

    AGS, CGC and PSA are the only grading companies I trust to grade cards.

    Grade certificate links are provided for each graded card.

    Sealed TCG products are guaranteed authentic, unopened and officially TCG licensed Pokémon merchandise. Products include:
    • Booster Packs, Sleeved Packs
    • Boxed Sets
    • Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
    • Collection Boxes & Tins
    Items that are not official Pokémon branded merchandise may be sold in limited quantities online and/or at events. Items include (but are not limited to):
    • Enamel Pins
    • Stickers
    • Signs & Displays
    • Plush & Figures
    • Apparel & Accessories

    Custom Products

    Custom products are made to order. Custom products feature personalization, which varies per item. Custom products include (but are not limited to):
    • Signs & Displays
    • Card Cases & Holders
    • Name Tag Attachments
    • Stickers & Decals
    You will not receive a proof prior to submitting your order and payment in full.
    A proof will only be provided for items that require an artwork file to be uploaded.
    Production time and delivery details will be specified in the product description. Custom products ship via USPS Priority Mail. Examples of production and delivery times for the following items:

    For custom and personalized items, the customer is responsible for making sure that the correct information is submitted (ie. spelling, capitalization, punctuation, artwork specifications).

    On the checkout page, below Billing & Shipping, there is a section called “Additional Information” where you can add any order notes if needed.

    All order requests must be made within 48 hours after placing your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

    Not all requests can be be approved once production has started.
